These terms govern the use of the Gare&Drive showcase website, which presents the vehicles that Gare&Drive offers for rent near the train stations and Roissy-CDG airport.
The lessor and the role of the website
The vehicles presented on this site belong to Gare&Drive, which offers them for rent. This site is a showcase website: no booking, no payment and no contract signing take place on it. It presents the fleet and links, for each vehicle, to the corresponding listing on the getaround platform.
Booking and rental agreement
Bookings are made exclusively through the getaround platform. The booking, payment, the security deposit and insurance cover are handled by getaround and governed by its own terms, which it is your responsibility to consult before any booking. Gare&Drive is involved neither in the payment nor in the management of the insurance.
Website information
Information about the vehicles (specifications, availability, prices) is provided for guidance only and may change. It must be confirmed on the corresponding getaround listing before any booking.
