Everything you need to know before renting one of our city cars near the Île-de-France stations and Roissy-CDG airport: documents, pickup, access by the RER B line and return.

• What documents do I need to rent a vehicle?

  A valid driving licence, a piece of ID and a verified getaround account (profile photo and licence uploaded). Booking and payment are then handled on the vehicle's getaround listing.

• How do I book one of your vehicles?

  Each vehicle page links to the matching getaround listing. Booking, payment and the rental terms are managed on getaround, a peer-to-peer car rental platform.

• How does picking up the vehicle work?

  Access is self-service and keyless through the getaround app: you unlock the car at the pickup point shown on the listing. The vehicles are available 24/7, with no appointment with an agent.

• How do I reach the pickup points by the RER B line?

  Our vehicles are located in the Roissy-CDG, Mitry-Mory and Villepinte area, served by the RER B line (the line that connects Paris to Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle airport). Get off at the station closest to the point indicated, for example Mitry-Claye or Villepinte.

• Is there a shuttle from Roissy-CDG airport?

  We do not offer a dedicated shuttle. That said, several vehicles are parked just a few minutes from the airport, in Roissy-en-France, and the whole area is connected to Roissy-CDG by the RER B line.

• Which vehicles are available to rent?

  Our fleet has six recent Renault city cars: Clios (2022 and 2024) and Twingo IIIs (2019 and 2020), all petrol with a manual gearbox. Nimble and economical, they are ideal for the city and for trips to the airport.

• How many seats do the vehicles have?

  The Renault Clio 2022 has five seats; one Clio 2024 in its commercial version is approved for two seats. The Renault Twingo IIIs are four-seaters. All have five doors.

• Where and how do I return the vehicle?

  The return is made at the pickup point, through the getaround app. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as at the start (cleanliness, fuel level) and non-smoking.

• Is insurance included in the rental?

  Yes, insurance and roadside assistance are provided by getaround for the entire rental period. The details of the coverage and the excess are shown on the vehicle's listing.

• Are the vehicles equipped (GPS, CarPlay)?

  Depending on the model, our city cars come with air conditioning, GPS, cruise control, Bluetooth, as well as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to connect your smartphone.
